Registration

The date for the first meeting is September 10, 2008 at Green Pines Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall from 9:30 to 11:30am.

To Register online using Word Files:

Download the two word documents below (KBC Mops Registration Form.doc and MOPPET Registration Form.doc). Edit them and attach them into an email. Make sure to fill out and email a MOPPET Registration Form for each child. Click here to email your word documents registration forms after you have filled them out.

To Register online without using Word Documents:

Fill out the email form below.Fill out your email address. In the subject line type MOPS Registration. In the message box type in your name, mail address, phone numbers, children names and their ages. After you have sent the email, download the two pdf files below (KBC MOPS Registration Form.pdf and MOPPETS_Registration.pdf), print them out and bring them to your first MOPS meeting. Please print and fill out a MOPPETS form for each child.
